While the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course is our premium mindfulness training, private instruction is a great way to go if you find it challenging getting along to a regular group class.
You will learn about mindfulness and what’s involved to get the real and lasting benefits to manage stress and to live the life that you want.
While we also provide training in relaxation techniques and in helping you to develop wholesome and sustainable wellbeing practices, please note that our mindfulness training is designed to help you develop mindful awareness so that you can reduce stress and make wiser kinder choices for yourself. It is not just meditation-based relaxation techniques.
