Throughout MBSR you will learn how to make the practice of mindfulness a habit in your life as you consciously and systematically work with stress, and the challenges and demands of modern life in a safe, supportive group setting.



Throughout MBSR you will discover how to make mindfulness and self-compassion two empowering well-being habits as you consciously shift the impact of unwanted life stresses and bring ease to the demands of modern living. MBSR includes eight 2 1/2 hour evening sessions and a Saturday mindfulness retreat. See next dates. MBSR is safe and clinically-researched mindfulness training.
